The present volume is a continuation and extension of Dr. Blackburn‘s earlier book on amino acids and amines (CRC, 1983). There has been a revolution in the thinking and practice of protein characterisation and amino acid sequence determination. Peptide identification and resolution played a major role in these endeavours, and are discussed here.
