Since 1993, the BBYB has been published annually and distributed via redemption coupons in the Borneo Bulletin and Media Permata. It provides an overview of Brunei with a special focus on foreign direct investment, commercial opportunities, investment potential and the country’s development and diversification efforts in line with Brunei Vision 2035. The BBYB also highlights the Brunei Government administration and updated country facts and figures. The BBYB 2019 focusses on the government and private sectors’ efforts in transforming the country into a physical and digital business gateway to ASEAN and beyond.
