Karachi before the British Conquest is about the pre-British history of Karachi. It is part of a larger book project on Karachi in four volumes titled “Understanding Karachi”. Volume 1: Pre-British Karachi, Volume 2: The Making of the Colonial City, Volume 3: Karachi between the Wars, and Volume 4: Pre-Partition Karachi.
