Adelaide, South Australia, is known for its easy living. It is endowed with fascinating beaches, congenial surroundings, and vast grape, olive, and cherry farmlands. But amidst the good living, there is a remarkable story of a lad who defies the odds and emerges a winner. Benjamin Purdu Blightly, or Benjo, grew up in Adelaide's suburb along with his bosom buddy, Julien Smith. They do crazy things and explore scenic beaches, forests and hills without regard for their safety. In one of their exploits, Benjamin had a near-drown experience; in another, Julien figured in a near-fatal fall on a stiff cliff. Yet, they continued without let-up. Unfortunately, Julien fell victim to a sinister plot of Benjo's long-time nemesis, Fjord Whitestone. Julien's untimely demise devastated Benjo, who sought to avenge his buddy's death. But how?
