This book focuses on the evolution of content from my previous publications by the current publisher. The author was inspired to write this book by the remarkable occurrence in Tamil Nadu where Jagatguru Jayendra Sarvasti Swami, the divine Sri Shankaracharya of the Kanchipuram Mutt, was arrested for murder on November 4, 2004. The author, with interests spanning Economics, Statistics, Law, and Foreign Policy, found himself confronted with a new reality where Hindu spiritual leaders could be implicated in murder cases by a secular government, despite their Hindu background. The murder charge was bogus, and soon enough, the Supreme Court quashed the Chennai police charge-sheet, and set free the Jagatguru Shankaracharya of Kanchi Mutt.
