In this study, social media and hate speech theories were mentioned. Twıtter interactions on hate speech against Syrians on Twıtter were analyzed. When we analyzed the dates of March 1, 2019-March 31, 2020 in depth, we came up with the following result. In Turkey, the agenda in the traditional media and the agenda spoken on Twıtter are influenced by each other, but do not exactly match each other, and the Syrian agenda in Twıtter corresponds to a very small percentage, approximately 0.33% on average, within the Twıtter Turkey agenda. The fact that it corresponds to 2.02% and is a negligible rate even on the dates of the Idlib martyrs and the Afrin operation, which are the dates of intense talk. These findings show us that the Syrian agenda on Twıter is not a mirror of Turkey, and at the same time, the hate speech agenda produced against Syrians is not a mirror of Twıtter.
