We analysed data collected from a random sample of 4,000 households from nine districts to examine the factors associated with household vulnerability to income and food insecurity due to the pandemic and the economic crisis. We find that, while many households experienced declining or stagnant incomes, nearly all of them faced increasing expenses, resulting in challenges to finance basic household needs.
