Engr. Luke M. Obi is not a regular writer but a highly trained and experienced professional Engineer. His enrollment in the army and war experience was borne out of the circumstance of the time. He completed his training at the multichannel Marconi School at Oshodi, Lagos as a communication officer. As a young man, he joined the Biafran Army to defend his country. After the war, he worked with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka as a Technologist and Engineer for over 30 years.
