This work is a critical interrogation of legislative-executive relations in Nigeria's Fourth Republic, directed at determining its exact nature, tendencies, patterns and trends; the dynamics, determining factors and intervening variables in the relations; and its outcomes in relation to national objectives of good governance, democratic consolidation and national development. Its draw on perspectives from heads of government, former legislators, heads of government agencies, and academics, thus providing a comprehensive and integrated treatment and analysis that is in-depth, experiential and practical.
