In 1982, Dr. Montemayor passed the Medical Technology Licensure Examination as the board topnotcher as well as Physician Licensure Examination in 1987. In 1990, he took and passed the national board of internal medicine (1991) and in Phil. Board of Cardiology (2003). He is also a fellow of Phil. College of Physicians (1993). Phil.
