The "Dynasty & Memoirs" of late Oba Oyinloye Ewedunmoye Amesomoye Amogbontaoye Olubin II (MBE) is said to be the first documentation of historical records that have been orally passed on from generation to generation for more than FIFTEEN CENTURIES. It traced the history of his genealogy, roots, parents, his birth, growth and divine nomination and installation as Oore of Mobaland in Otun-Ekiti in 1929. Late Oba Ewedunmoye Amesomoye Amogbontoaye Oyinloye Olubin II (MBE) was reputed as the only Oba, Obi or Emir who dared, obtained and changed the colonial administrators' authority and plans without being deposed, exiled or banished but instead was recognized and honoured with an award of Member of British Empire (MBE) by King George VI in 1947.
