In this book, through his personal experiences, Lieutenant Colonel Zando Danjuma has attempted to document some activities through which the Army Headquarters Department of Civil-Military Affairs has engaged the civil populace. The timing of this book is very instructive as several collaborations and partnerships between the Nigerian Army and critical stakeholders have unfolded and yielded rewarding experiences and results which have, in turn, strengthened democracy in the country.
