Since the successful Meiji Restoration, the Vietnamese have had an increasing interest in Japan, which is also reflected in the articles about Japan published in the press in the early twentieth century. By the beginning of the twentieth century, in the face of great fluctuations in the world, especially the renovation of Japan's Meiji Restoration led to a greater need to learn about Japan from Japan.
